Pregnant and hair falling out??

Hi I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and noticed my hair is already falling out usually this happens after birth has this happened to anyone else??

My hair started to fall out like crazy in the beginning, now I’m 36 weeks and I’ve lost like NO hair at all. I’m gonna have a heart attack when it all comes out after birth 😂

I’m 14 weeks and my hair is falling out terribly. However, I am also 7 months postpartum so I was thinking it was more related to that than this current pregnancy.

Ive had this with each pregnancy 
I take hair skin and nails every other day with my prenatals my dr said it’s fine and I notice it does help a bit 
I don’t have as much hair fall as I did
