Can this be normal?

I’m 6 weeks 6 days I have vaginal bleeding and light menstral cramps. I went to the ER yesterday and my baby is still there growing in my uterus. I’m worried because they couldn’t find the source of the bleeding.......any ideas of what it could be all they told me was rest and that MAYBE later on it can cause miscarriage

I had bleeding and spotting for several weeks and even passed a large clot and the er said the same thing. Baby was fine. That was at 7 weeks, we are now at 11 and so far so good. They advised while bleeding that i couldn’t have sex or do any excessive exercise and not to lift anything over 10-15 pounds until it stopped. Other than that they said sometimes it can be totally normal for some women to bleed and there be no rhyme or reason for it. Good luck!
