Does anyone else suffer with dermatitis? How do you manage it?

I’ve had it for three years now and it just seems to be getting worse, I’m so sick of it 😞 it’s so annoying that there’s no cure. My hands are constantly dry, flaky and sore! I have patches of it on my face 24/7. Some days it clears away with only for 2-3 days, then it comes back and so on.

I’ve tried multiple creams and expensive moisturisers. I just need something that will keep it away for longer!
