I showed physical signs around the time this app saying I would’ve ovulated, but my temp didn’t spike. Could I still have ovulated??

Af is due on the 5th, our wedding anniversary is on the 6th and I would love to surprise my hubby with a BFP! Send baby dust!! 😫😫💕💕💕💕💕💕
