Personal experience w/ IUD

I am curious about any ladies who have had experience with having an IUD. I currently have a 4 year boy, a 10 month old girl and pregnant with identical twins so for now I think it’s safe to say I’m done with babies for now lol Oh and I’m 32 this year. My fiancée is a sex addict who had a vasectomy reversal so we could have our daughter and I don’t think it would be fair for him to go thru that again until we are 100% done with having babies lol

So any information or personal experiences with an IUD would be great to hear because I’ve only heard horror stories.
