I got the kyleena IUD taken out back in October of 2018 and since then I haven’t been on any birth control but I haven’t gotten pregnant. I read that the IUD can stay in your system for some time even after a removal so I haven’t been really too worried. I was late one time by a few days so I decided to take a test and it came back negative, then the next day I received my period. Now i’m a day late (yes i’ve been continuously having unprotected sex) and i’m not sure whether I should wait some more or take a test soon. 🤔🤔
