HIV in beverage?!

Hello! This may sound crazy, but I’m over paranoid. This morning I stopped for coffee going to work. The employee was very rude to me and I noticed his hands were cut up. So after drinking my iced coffee I began thinking. If this man had HIV and was evil enough to get/put his blood in my drink.. could I get HIV this way? I do have a canker sore in my mouth atm as well so I’m really freaked out here. I noticed a red speck in my beverage as well. I know people say the virus is weak outside of the body but I’m on edge. Please help!
