Having a cold while pregnant?? Help

Does anyone know what I can take/do while pregnant for a cold? I am 18 weeks, and I have tried calling the OB but they haven’t answered. I feel horrible.

Im just now starting to feel better from a horrible cold I have.. The Rn at my dr office told me Robutussin DM,Benadryl and Tylenol.. plenty of fluids and rest.. I made sure to take the Robutussin every 4 hrs.. I was told to not take anything with Sudafed due to it causing issues with baby.. Hope this help n you feel better soon!
