I am pregnant with my fourth child we are super excited, I need help trying to figure out how far along I am. This is the first time I have tracked my period and ovulation.

The first day of my last period was May 16 and my calendar said I would ovulate on June 1 2019. The first pregnancy test I took was June 8th and was negative. I waited a few days and tested on the 10th and I got the slightest line that I could barely see thought I was going to crazy lol so on the 12th I could see it better but still slight. So I know I’m pregnant for sure but I’m kinda dumb with figuring how far along I am, and just wanted to ask y’all ladies what y’all think and for y’all help. I took another test while on Vacation last Saturday with blazing red lines lol
