Had a turkey sandwich 8 weeks pregnant

Went to jersey mikes sub yesterday and had a turkey sandwich. Which wasn’t warmed up. Has anyone ate cold sandwiches while pregnant. Just kinda paranoid. The nurse said it’s fine cause a lot of the meats are pasteurized now and are safe. Just still freaking out a little
