Have sex and your labor should start pretty quickly. My mucus plug came out and we had sex then I immediately went into labor. Lol

It can regrow but when its tinged with blood that's a sign labor is coming, watch your body and be checked if needed.

It could be a day or it could still be weeks, never know. Just keep an eye for water breaking or contractions
