What are your opinions?

I personally disagree with this whole thing, unless there’s something else going on such as endometriosis.

I’ve never had a heart attack, but I can’t imagine my period cramps are even close to that. I do get bad cramps sometimes where I don’t want to leave bad, but yeah nowhere close to that.

My period cramps make me throw up and pass out. I've never had a heart attack so I cant compare though.

I think they can be.  I’ve definitely had cramps that have made me throw up from pain, not been able to move, and had to go to the late night urgent care for help with the pain.  It’s not every month, but it can be for some women.

& I dont get period cramps.

I never had cramps except on birth control. AF just would come and go as she pleased.  I know it can be bad, but it’s hard to understand :(
