Freaked out..

This is my first pregnancy. Got my BFPs yesterday after something just telling me to test. I keep cramping (comes and goes) and getting nauseous (just gagging). Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I am about 3/4 weeks. Have not had my first appointment yet.
