My genetic test ultrasound happened to be on the day my cheapo military hospital received new 3D ultrasound machines and training! The lady spent like an extra 1/2 hr testing out the 3D on me 😂 she kept saying “don’t tell the other patients we aren’t gonna be doing these for everyone!” I guess they’d also rarely do 3D that early (13 weeks) so she seemed curious to get a chance to look. I imagine after a whole career of 2D ultrasounds she was pretty amazed!
