Daytime/Nighhttime Confusion
My baby is 6 days old and terribly confused about daytime/nighttime. She sleeps like a champ all day long and then like clockwork, when 11 pm hits, she is wide awake till about 5 or 6 am. She literally does not sleep at night..the longest stretch of sleep she went all night last night was for 15 minutes. Help! We are all so tired!
Any suggestions on how to reorient a newborn so that their awake/sleep cycle is more normal? Thanks!
