After having multiple blood tests that have been a little off plus a CT scan my doctor is sending me to hematology to see what is going on.

I have had multiple mildly high elevations of ALT. The past two tests have shown an elevated LDH and my CT scan showed a mildly enlarged spleen.

I have been feeling ok other than just feeling a tad bit more tired lately but nothing crazy.

Has anyone been referred to hematology for anything similar? How was your appointment? What should I expect?

All my doctor told me was that they would need to more than likely do a bone morrow biopsy and maybe some genetic testing.
