I’m doing the most rn
Like I workout , drink water , do a whole skin care routine , I’m talking exfoliating,peel off clay mask like idk what to do

Try a drying lotion (for acne) and don’t go for the cheap ones research and find a good expensive one. my friend uses one from Israel and it cleared her skin soooo much she loves her skin now
Also try cereology(I think that’s how it is spelled idk) there is like adds everywhere but I heard it works really well

1.) Find out what foods cause you to break out. In my case, I noticed that my skin would break out when I drink too much soda or dairy. So for at least 3 years (as of now), I rarely drink soda and limit my 2% milk intake to a few times a week. Finding these foods will help you balance and adjust your diet to make a better you!!! You can also find healthier substitutes for some foods you can't let go.
2.) Take plenty of showers to get rid of sweat and excess oils from working out.
3.)Try out African black soaps. You can find them at beauty supply shops. They are made with natural ingredients and help remove acne and help prevent breakouts too. It also removes acne scars (slowly but surely).
4.) Let your face breathe!!!! After a long day with a face full of makeup and excess oils, wash you face and put on a  lotion that feels good to your skin and has vitamins (if possible). Fragrances in lotion might irritate your skin.
