When would I of conceived

I’m due September 20th, would I of had to of conceived in december or could it of been the start of jan?

I conceived first week of January with due date of 9/27. Due date was based on my last cycle (end of December). At first ultrasound (8 weeks), baby was measuring a few days later than 9/27, but due date stayed because he was only a few days off.
