Hey mamas what are some good ways to increase breastmilk?

I've tried Milky Mamas lactation brownies and pumping more often.

I would like to try more lactation foods, but I'm unsure of what to buy. Ideas? Things that have wirked for you??

I only pump 30ml from each breast and I'm feeling horrible about it 😫 help!
