I’ve been trying & trying to use the softdisc for months now but can’t seem to insert it properly. I’ve watched all the videos & read all the directions & every time I get leaks & it feels like I can never push it up far enough.

Anyone have some magical or more detailed advice?

Or had luck with flex but not softdisc?

Should I try flex instead?

I love the thought of mess-free period sex & 12 hour wear. But am so frustrated with the insertion process!
