Low AMH (under 1.0) and IVF

Anyone with a low AMH (mine is

.22) and older maternal age (I am 39) do IVF? After 3 failed IUI (one blighted ovum and one chemical) we will be moving onto ivf but during my medicated IUI cycle I only produced one follicle which ended up being a chemical pregnancy.

I seem to be "getting pregnant" but keep miscarrying. It's heartwrenching every time. Just curious what other people's protocols were with similar situations like mine. I did 250 gonal f with trigger shot last IUI.
