What does it feel like ???

It’s to early for me to test, but what did your stomach/uterus feel like when you were in early stages of pregnancy. I’ve been having these stabbing pains, cramping, pinching all around my lower abdomen, it’s mainly at the sides below my belly button and slightly in the middle. I’ve had “ pressure” or bloat for a good week and a half now. Sound familiar to anyone ? Or is my body just being weird 😅 I’m not actively trying but me and my partner are not preventing.
