So I'm really not trying to symptom spot this cycle but I'm currently 4 dpo and I've been having twinges in the left side of my uterus I've also been having mild cramping and ive been still having ewcm and i know I O'd 4 days ago cause I used a opk and I've been extra moody has any one else had these symptoms at 4dpo and received a BFP or is it still to early to tell ? What was some of y'alls symptoms the resulted in a BFP?
