Sometimes it takes maybe 6 months to completely leave your system so makes it harder to get pregnant for that time. But it’s not permanent and it’s completely normal.

Nope it doesn’t... I’ve had the iud, the pill, and have taken numerous plan b in my past (even a few in one month like an idiot) and I’ve had two babies 13 months apart since all that

I was on nexplanon from July-February and it’s now June and we still haven’t conceived our second baby due to my body trying to adjust

Birth control pills will not make future pregnancies harder. It 100% will not give you cancer. It would not be so widely used if it did.  
The only risk factor the pill has is that it slightly raises your risk of a blood clot compared to not taking it -- however, the risk of a clot while pregnant is much higher than that of while on the pill.
