Figured I should post here for better insight.

Candace

Okay ladies, I have been going on about 5 or 6 years being diagnosed with pcos. Though my symptoms have been around a lot longer. Doctors in my area arent the best and didn't put 2 and 2 together until then. Well, this is where my need for insight comes in. My periods started out irregular, though as I have been getting older (31 now) they have been taming down a bit. Almost fully regular now, only a variation of 2-3 days from time to time. They have ALWAYS been heavy, I usually go through a tampon in about hour and a half or 2 hours. Meaning I go through about a box and a half of tampons each period. Now, my question is... I have been doing nothing but spotting off and on for the past 3 days... That has NEVER happened to me. Not once. Have any of you experienced this? Is it just part of having pcos? I should also mention, no cramping at all, I am usually down for the count when AF rears her ugly head. Sorry for the long post.
