Question ladies! How long did you and you SO TTC before realizing that you might need “help” getting pregnant?

I’ve been off BC for almost two years now. I’ve been tracking my periods for about a year. My husband and I haven’t been trying necessarily, but we also don’t avoid sex while I’m ovulating. But I’m starting to get a little concerned. Also, my husband takes testosterone, which I’ve heard can affect a mans sperm count 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, do you know if fertility experts are generally covered by insurance?
