I don't know what bra size I am. I am 21 inches band and 35 inches bust

I looked up the chart for bra sizes and it said I'm a c or a b and idk cuz I have a c and it's a little big but it might be the type and. And yes I measured correctly and I tried a few websites to see what bra size I am like Victoria secret and I tried a few charts

Please help. I prefer not to get fitted in person cuz I'm tryna save money and am not that confident about my breasts

So please help me figure it out
