Can’t orgasm

I’m 22 now and lost my virginity at 17. I’ve been master bating for years and have never been able to orgasm. I’ve tried porn, toys, with or without a partner like everything and I still can’t get there. I feel like a climax building but then like all the sudden it just goes away. What am I doing wrong??
