Pressure then breath taken away?

2-10 times a day I'll get this intense pressure in my belly,  feels like a balloon ready to pop, pressure on my diaphragm. It takes my breath away! Braxton hicks or just baby moving weird or??

Braxton Hicks...this is my 4th pregnancy...the lockdown on the lungs is actually how I tell the difference between them and true labor...also with all my pregnancies they came with pain and were regular...just far apart...if you have any bleeding call your doc...unless you had sex in the last 24hrs...that causes the cervix to bleed and is normal and harmless

Those are Braxton Hicks..I get them every hour. Nothing to worry unless it comes with pain!
