Lactose Intolerant caused by pregnancy?

I've always been slightly LI, but since I've been pregnant any dairy other than eggs & cheese hurts me so bad. I get really bad stomach cramps and I'm in so much pain 😭 is there a possibility pregnancy enhances my intolerance? I'm a FTM, sorry for posting so many questions and concerns 😵

Yes pregnancy can change your digestion.. I found I could eat dairy when pregnant when previously I was too sensitive to it!

I’ve had the same I was vegetarian before now I’m ~70% vegan but that’s ok I know how to eat well as a vegan as I used to be one!

After my first pregnancy I turned lactose intolerant. Now with this pregnancy it seems I can handle a bit more dairy than previously.

During my first pregnancy, there was like a 3 month period where i was lactose intolerant when I have never been. It was very odd. I switched to almond milk during that time and then it just went away.
