Midnight shift with baby, help!

I'm due in a few weeks and my boyfriend currently gets off of work at 2:30am. At this time he doesn't have option to switch shifts and he currently doesn't have a license (please save any judgements) so I pick him up since I don't work and I won't be working after we have our baby. I'm worried about how this will affect her sleep schedule since I will obviously have to take her with me to pick him up at 2:30am. Has anyone had to do something like this before or have any advice?
