Weight loss programs?

So I’m looking to start losing the baby weight. Pre-pregnancy weight was around 140lb. Got pregnant first round and gained around 15lbs, we lost our son at 18 weeks and I didn’t lose that extra weight before becoming pregnant with our daughter 5 months later. I peaked at 210lb in third trimester! My daughter is almost 5 months now and I’ve plateaued at around 180-185 and would love to get back down to the 140 even 150 range but ‘eat healthy and exercise’ isn’t working haha. I need some kind of program to follow. What has worked for you? Weight watchers? Noom? Others?
