It looks like a boil to me. I get them on my breasts quite often. Hot compresses and Advil to help with the pain. If it doesn’t clear up in a few days I would go to the doctor. They can prescribe a cream to help clear it up. Whatever you do, don’t squeeze or pick at it!!

Nursing student here!
To me it looks like an infected bite. I would take 500 mg of ibuprofen and a antihistamine.
I would get it checked out. I can’t clearly tell you what it is from just a picture, just an opinion. But it looks bigger than what it should be, and it could be dangerous,  especially if you noticed it getting larger.
Might have to get on antibiotics. 
They might want to take blood to make sure you didn’t catch anything (if it is a bite).
