Canker sores before AF

I just have a question & I’m so curious to know what you all think.

Yesterday I realized I have 6 canker sores. I have 3 on the top of my upper lip (inside) and 3 on the bottom lip (inside). I usually get 1 a couple weeks before AF but here I am with 6 canker sores 8 days before AF. I don’t think I ever had 6 little canker sores 8 days before period.

Is this due to AF or could it be a sign of early pregnancy? What do you all think?
