What are some other kind of pain meds for labor besides epidural?? I don’t want the side effects tbh I hate back pain and I dread headaches even more an the though That an epidural can give me BOFT a horrendous headache and unforgiving back ache is just unimaginable to me . So I was wondering if any moms had pain relief with anything else besides an epidural? And how did it work? Did it work ? Where there any long term effects or short term ? And would you get it again if the time comes ?? I’m due in oct so I kinda wanna have this down packed
