My last depo shot was in August 2018 and me and my partner have been trying since October 2018 to get pregnant for our first child. My periods are still irregular but I think this is one of the effects of coming off the shot. But we are both stressed with it not happening as quick. I’m taking folic acid aswell to help. Just need some positive words because we just feel like giving up 😩
