Confused about what to do.

So growing up i always thaught that i wanted to be a nurse or work in the nursing field. Well as i get older i really love to cook and bake(mostly bake). Well the opportunity has come to where i can go to school for cooking/baking or i could advance in the medical field. I have no clue what to do. When i think about baking it makes me happy. And there are times i really love what i do (im a CNA) but i dont think i want to do it anymore.... Any advice
