I got my Mirena IUD placed exactly a month ago. It was my second day of my period when I got it and my period ended about a day sooner than normal. A week after that I began to spot for two weeks and now the past week or week and half I haven't spotted and I technically should've started my period on Monday. Its friday and I haven't gotten it yet. Could I be pregnant or is my period just irregular now since I'm getting used to the IUD? I've had all the symptoms of a period but they can also be early symptoms of pregnancy. Freaking out😂
