FTM so dont judge lol

So I'm 31 weeks almost 32 and I'm so scared about delivering the baby naturally just for personal reasons.. Like I know I could tear or get cut and they stitch it back up but does your vagina go back to normal?? I don't want to be loose after having my baby..and I've already told my boyfriend we're waiting the full 6-8 weeks before we have sex again.. I've always been pretty tight so I just don't wanna lose that tbh I know that sounds weird lol
