Concerned after growth ultrasound/possible IUGR

I went in for a follow up ultrasound on Monday at 32w2, and my baby is estimated at 3lbs12oz or the 10.1% percentile. Now I have to start weekly NSTs, dopplers, and BPPs and I'm just pretty freaked out. They mentioned potentially inducing at 37 or 39 weeks depending on how things go in the coming weeks.

Does anyone have experience with this? I'm curious if they ever let you go full term in this situation or if I should pretty much assume I'll be induced at 39 weeks at the latest. I'm worried that she won't make it home at all 😭
