Food anxieties
I’m 5w3d. For the last week I’ve been very anxious/worried that I’m going to eat something wrong. Obsessively looking at food labels and researching on the internet. Anyone else?
For example, the organic pea protein powder I have used in the past has the California proposition 65 warning “this product exposes you to chemicals that can cause birth defects and reproductive harm”... I think this kicked off my anxiety!
And my husband really wanted Arbys tonight and I know it’s pretty safe because it’s hot sandwiches but I got a turkey slider and zapped it in the microwave when I got home anyway. Still worried even though I know I shouldn’t be.
I’ve even had dreams that I forgot I’m pregnant and remembered half way through drinking a beer... what!?
Anyone else dealing with this anxiety?
