How do you put on a regular bra? (Back clasps)

- put arms through the straps
- reach behind to clasp
B)
- wrap bra around, backwards
- clasp
- turn it around
- put arms through the straps

Closer to A, but I clasp it behind my back BEFORE putting my arms in the straps.

How do you clasp it while it’s behind you? I never could do that. Maybe if there was just one hook, but there’s usually like three!

Lol I'm so glad someone asked this. I put it on like B and always thought I was weird for it. Ever since I was a teenager, I thought you were "supposed" to do it like A, but it's so difficult for me to do it like that. I was always too embarrassed to put a bra on around anyone, like in the locker room in high school.

I clip it together then put it over my head lol. I'm a 40 DDD

Adjust as necessary

Twisting the bra when it's clasped is so irritating to me 😂 I get claustrophobic and end up just ripping it off again lol
