First baby, 30 weeks & 6days pregnant, found out I have high glucose
Hello everyone. Ima cut to the chase. I’m happy because this is my first child(having a babygirl), I’m nervous because my time is coming soon to deliver my babygirl, I’m excited because my husband will be with me soon hopefully before I deliver because he is in Alaska working while I’m in NC with my parents, I’m scared because I found out that I have a high glucose of 185 out of the normal 135 .... again I have never been through this before.. I heard a lot of things that could possibly happen before an after delivery about it. I am desperately trying to get my glucose level as low as possible to prevent anything further happening to me and my baby. I know exercise is one of them, but I would like to know what FOODS, FRUITS,ETC that would help me lower my glucose level down. Any help would be appreciated.
