Bleeding after sex, small tear or something worse?

Usually I don’t bleed after sex, I’ve peed twice since I had multiple rounds of sex with my boyfriend. The first time it was light pink when I wiped, second time it was bright red the first two times I wiped and light pink after. Not a lot of blood and it burned a little when I peed.

Our sex is pretty rough so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a tear and if that’s the case besides abstaining from sex for a bit (how long?) what else can I do?

What are any other possibilities? I do think it’s a tear but I would like to be sure.
