Cramps on the pill?

I know i’m probably overreacting but i’m new to this kinda. I’m on the 5th month of the combined 28 day pill. I’m also on the second week of the pills and my boobs hurt (which is normal for me) but i have cramps? Theyre completely bareable and not even near painful or anything just kind of annoying. Although, i can’t really tell if it’s from my uterus or just my stomach hurting but it hurt for almost the entire day. Has anyone else also had cramps while on the pill. I had sex last week twice and this week once. Last week my period only ended on tuesday so. I don’t know does anyone have any tips?
