Diclectin

So question.. I am currently 8 weeks with my first pregnancy..

when I saw my doctor she gave me doxylamine for nausea but I don’t feel like it’s helping me much. I take it regularly on the times I need, but I am still throwing up and feeling nauseous all day. She gave me 10mg.

Is Diclectin the same as doxylamine or is it different if I ask my doctor to prescribe it to me? Have any of you guys used it, is it effective? Also, she gave me Zofran for when it gets super bad but said I can’t take it every day. Have any of you guys tried our Zofran?
