Evap or dye run?

Question

I know I'm probably getting too excited. But I took this test earlier and thought it was defective because no control line showed up, and the first panel turned completely blue. I put it in my drawer and looked at it again a couple hours later and now it looks like this. I'm going to test again tomorrow. Should I get my hopes up?

Control line still doesn't look right. I would still call that a defective test. Retest with a pink dye. Good luck!

I wouldn't trust it if the control window didn't work at first. Just retest in the morning or In a few hrs. Make sure you read the test within the time the instructions say. That way there is no confusion. I have taken many pregnancy tests and I can say in all the times I have done it I have never had a negative test turn into a postive one after a few hrs, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

Mine looked like that too but a lighter... It's the cvs brand right?

I took a first response this morning though and it was negative so I'm going to wait a few days af is due 10/3 :/
