How do you deal with friends and family having baby’s when you loose a baby

So I’m hospitalized dilated to 2cm with my water sac bulging out I’m 21 weeks 3 days they don’t think I’m gonna make it to viability they’re so sure they’re trying to talk me into inducing labor to terminate the pregnancy. I’m lost right now all my doctors have given up hope and it’s making me really doubtful. I have a cousin and a friend who are also pregnant my cousin is a week behind me at 20 weeks and my friend 2 weeks ahead of me at 24 weeks I keep thinking if I loose him I’m gonna have to cope with the loss of my baby along with seeing 2 people getting their babies the same time I should of had him and idk how to cope with it. My cousin has 3 kids from 3 different dads she says she regrets ever having them she’s having this one with a convicted felon but yet her baby’s fine. I know it has nothing to do with anything it just sucks.
