I think I'm pregnant... And really fat.

I really think I am after our contraception failed this month. I'm really worried. I'm like 40kg overweight, I gained 40kg this year due to a traumatic experience. I'm worried that being pregnant and obese is going to cause health problems and pose a risk to the baby. I already have high blood pressure... I'm scared.
