Pregnant or PCOS issues?

Ok so I have PCOS and I have never had a regular periods unless I was on birth control. Im not currently on birth control, the last time I used bc was in March and it was the Nuva ring. I used 7 rings. The last time I had a period was in March. I've been having syptoms for the last 2 or 3 weeks but 2 weeks ago i took a test and it was negative. I've been experiencing heartburn, acid reflux, headaches, back pain, tender breast, spotting, light cramping in lower and upper abdomin and trouble sleeping. 
Am I pregnant, should I take a test or is it mg PCOS having a hayday with my body?

You should probably go to the doctor. I have pcos also and I never have those systems when my period is late like that. (Which is all the time unless I take provera)
